Protein-packed Peach Cobbler

Looking for the perfect dessert to impress your guests? Try this deliciously juicy and protein-packed peach cobbler.




• 2 cups peaches, peeled/sliced or canned

• 2 tbsp sweetener of choice

• 1 tsp lemon juice

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/2 tsp cinnamon



• 2 scoops Dymatize Elite 100% Whey

• 1 cup oat flour, coarse ground *

• 2 tbsp brown sugar

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

• 1 tbsp butter

• Extra cinnamon for garnish


What to do

1: Preheat oven to 175°C.

2: For filling: In a large bowl, combine peaches, sweetener, lemon and vanilla together, making sure peaches are evenly coated. Set aside. Pour peach mixture into a greased baking dish or divide equally into a muffin tin and set aside.

3: For topping: In a separate bowl, combine Dymatize Elite 100% Whey, oat flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt, and then mix. Add almond milk and butter and continue to mix until batter is thick and smooth. Spoon a thin layer of batter over peaches and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon

4: Bake for 40-50 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm with optional fat-free whipped topping.
