Angela Arnold knows that if you work hard enough, anything is possible…
Sick and tired of being sick and tired
After battling cancer and depression, I needed a change. Every morning, I’d get out of bed and the weight on my ankles and knees was so painful, I’d fall to the ground. I was constantly sick, down and in physical pain.
Finally, the doctor checked my blood sugar levels and said he needed to put me on insulin as I was pre-diabetic. I wasn’t even 30 years old and knew this was not what I wanted for my life. Enough was enough.
At first, my goal was to get a healthy check-up. Once I started feeling better and my confidence improved, I set more goals, eventually going on stage to compete in women’s figure bodybuilding. I wanted to prove to myself and others that, no matter where you are in life, you can win!
Failure was not an option
My kids were so proud of me! I’m determined to prove to them failure is not an option. If you work hard enough, anything is possible!
Health with herbs
I’m from Louisiana, so I love to cook. I took this knowledge and learned how to swap unhealthy foods for smarter choices. This meant a lot of fresh herbs.
Always speak positively
Be proud of your accomplishments, whether they’re doing 10 push-ups or fitting into a new pair of jeans. Track your progress and work towards your goal, even on days you don’t feel like it. Stay consistent and it will eventually pay off.
